With an amazing start to selling the tickets for RizzlesCon 12, we wanted to share the great news with you all.
Demand was so high initially, our website was brought down (which was both bad and good news, but unfortunately not one which we could directly control). After immediately tweeting out the direct link to the TicketLeap Site we were pleased to see VIP and Gold levels sell out very quickly. We are sorry not everyone got the tickets they wanted, but whatever level you get, the event will be a great experience. There are plenty of General Admission and Enhanced Admission tickets left (over 70% of each), day passes are selling well too, however more than 50% of the Saturday tickets have been sold. We also have party passes available.
Remember than is you buy prior to February 28, 2012 you secure the 5% discount thats currently reflected on the ticket site.
For the Mauras’ among you, here is a quick breakdown of attendees so far;
- 86% are from the United States, 9% from across Europe, 3% from Canada and 2% from Australia.
- Within the US, the top 5 states break down as; 48 people from California, 19 from Texas, 10 from Florida, 8 from Ohio and 6 from Illinois.
- Exactly half of the US states are represented amongst the attendees!
We also wanted to take this opportunity to clarify a few points to which we have questions over the past few days;
- The party pass includes the dinner food for the evening. It also includes a full set from Sophie B. Hawkins. There will be a cash-bar, and if you are of age you can buy alcohol.
- We will supply refreshments throughout the conference to all attendees (you may even see donuts – a special request from a J. Rizzoli)
- Every pass level gets into all the sessions, Q&A panels, workshops and presentations. There’s just different seating categories.
- The VIP lunches include food and drink.
- There will be lots of opportunities to take part in contests over the RizzlesCon weekend, there’s no additional cost for these and you can win some cool prizes!

Interactive panel discussions with R&I cast and crew, unique photo and autograph opportunities, a series of fan-focused workshops, specially invited table vendors and not forgetting the RizzlesCon party, the event will give every true fan the chance to celebrate and share their passion for all things Rizzles.
